The greenhouse

An old greenhouse is now being used for our working space and for a sound installation that the audience can enter and experience.

The sound is fragments from conversations with audience who have seen the installation in the pond.

The people were asked by Asa Shimada to share their observations and imagination of the place and the art work (this was before the performance was initiated.)

The sound is edited by Sofie Jansson and the proces has been very intuitive because of inability to understand the language. Words and sentences have been selected and fragmented based on the sound of the word, rather than the content. 

What is left is the words that have been taken out of their original context and which are now combined into a poetic soundscape.
